UV-based Retopology
This version lets you easily retopologize 3D garments by creating and editing various 2D retopology shapes.

Topology Mode: Switches to a mode where 2D topology shapes can be create d and edited.
Retopologize: Reconstructs the 3D garment mesh based on the generated 2D topology shapes.
File Compatibility
FBX to 2D Pattern (UV): UV to 2D pattern generation now supports FBX files in addition to GLTF.
2D Pattern
Duplicate Symmetrically: Unfolds a half pattern symmetrically based on the center segment.
2D Internal / Topology Shape
Create Internal Lines Between: Creates evenly spaced internal lines between two segments of a pattern or internal shape.
Create Internal Lines from a Point: Adds vertical, horizontal, diagonal, or perpendicular internal segments from pattern/internal shape points.
Extend to Pattern/Internal Line: Extends/trim internal shape points to pattern outlines or internal segments.
Offset as Internal Line: Creates internal lines at offset distances, following the curvature of pattern or internal segments.
Convert to Topology Shape: Converts the internal shape into a topology shape.
2D Point
Add Point
At Intersection: Adds a point where the segments of the pattern/internal shape overlap.
Even Points: Adds points at equal intervals along the segments of the pattern/internal shape.
Merge Points: Merges two points of an open internal shape. You can merge based on the right-clicked point, the average position, or the intersection point.
2D Curve
Convert to Curve Point: Converts split points of patterns/internal shapes into Hermite curve points.
Delete Curve: Removes Hermite curve points and Bézier handles on the segment.
2D Snap
Snap to Right-click: Snaps a point on the pattern/internal segment to the right-clicked point.
Snap by Distance: Snaps by adjusting the distance between two points.
2D Sewing
Free Sewing: Creates a sewing line by specifying the start and end points anywhere on a pattern/internal segments.
Improvements
2D Pattern
Hermite curve: When editing pattern/internal segments with Hermite curve points, both the curvature of adjacent points and the movement of Hermite points during split point adjustments are now updated naturally.
2D Display
Zoom Extents All: The previous 'Reset to Default View' function has been enhanced with a new feature that zooms to show all patterns.
UI
Picking Sensitivity: Improved sensitivity when selecting pattern/internal points and segments, as well as when creating sewing lines.
Tool Cursors: Adds back the tool cursor that was previously removed due to performance issues. When selecting a pattern with the 2D Transform tool, the mouse cursor also changes when hovering over the gizmo’s scale and rotation points.
Save As Scene: The shortcut Ctrl + Shift + S has been added.
Remesh Warning Dialog: Appears when remeshing fails during 2D pattern or internal shape editing.
Performance
Enhanced Cursor Speed: Cursor operation has been shifted from GPU to CPU, allowing for fast and real-time cursor movement regardless of simulation load.
Changes
Default Export Format: The default file format in the export dialog has been changed from GLB to FBX.
Create 2D Patterns with UVs
This version lets you import 3D garment models created in other software into PRETCOORD, convert them into 2D patterns, and refine them further.

File
2D Pattern from UV: Generate 2D patterns using UV information from a glTF file.
3D Viewport
View Control Buttons: Control the 3D viewport view using the pan, rotate, and zoom icon buttons.
Transform: The gizmo appears at the clicked point instead of the center of the selected pattern.
2D Editor
Undo/Redo: Undo/redo creation, editing, and other actions in the 2D Editor.
Hermite Curve: Multiple curve points within a single segment to create a smooth, flowing curve.
Smart Guide: Pattern and internal shape elements can snap to the smart guide when moved.
Clone as Pattern / Internal Shape: Convert a pattern to an internal shape or vice versa.
Pattern Segment Length: Show the length of pattern segments in the 2D Editor.
2D Pattern Location Point: Displays a point on the 2D pattern at the clicked location on the 3D pattern.
Material
Transform UV: Transform the pattern's UV to adjust the position, rotation, and size of the material pattern.

2D Editor
Pen Tool: Delete the forward half-handle by clicking a segment point after generating curve handles on both sides while creating a polygon pattern with the pen tool.
Pen Tool: Double-click the last point to complete the shape.
Pen / Sewing Tool: Press the Esc key during creation to cancel the operation.
Material
UV Scale: Improved UV scaling to prevent remeshing of the 3D pattern.
UI
Toolbar: The toolbar is now positioned within each window, rather than requiring a click to switch between them in the previous version.
