Generate 2D patterns using UV information from a glTF file.
Generate 2D patterns using the UV information from a 3D mesh file.
Navigate to the following menu:
File > Import
→ The file import dialog appears.
Select one of the following file formats
glTF
glb
📌Note: In version 2.1, this feature supports only glTF and glb formats.
Click Open in the dialog.
Set the option.
Object:
Model: A static mesh that collides with the vertices of the pattern mesh.
Garment (Simulated): The mesh is imported only into the 3D viewport, and its vertices are simulated.
2D Pattern from UV (Simulated): A simulation-ready 2D pattern is generated based on UV information.
Click Okay in the dialog.
→ The 3D mesh is imported based on the selected options.
