Provides five physical presets with adjustable stretch, bending, buckling, and mass.

Physics

Adjust the physical properties of garment patterns.

  1. Select a Pattern:

    • Choose one of the pattern selection tools:

      • 3D Toolbar: Select, Translate, Rotate, Scale

      • 2D Toolbar: Edit, Transform

    • Select the desired pattern in the 3D viewport or 2D editor.

  2. Adjust Physics Properties:

    • Preset Selection:

      • In Property > Physics > Preset, click the dropdown menu.

      • Choose one of the provided physics presets.

→ The selected preset is applied to the pattern.

      • Click the Simulate button at the top of the 3D viewport

→ The garment is draped with the updated physics properties.

    • Detail Adjustment:

      • In Property > Physics, click Physics Details to expand additional properties.

      • Adjust the following properties as needed:

        • Less Stretched: Simulates woven fabrics that do not stretch easily.

        • Well Stretched: Simulates knit fabrics that stretch easily.

        • Stretch Warp/Weft: Adjust the stretchability of the fabric in the horizontal (warp) or vertical (weft) directions.

          • Lower values → More stretchable.

          • Higher values → Less stretchable.

        • Bending: Adjusts the stiffness of the fabric when folded.

          • Lower values → Fabric wrinkles easily.

          • Higher values → Fabric remains flat and stiff.

          • Note: Bending can only be adjusted when using the "Less Stretched" preset.

        • Buckling: Adjusts how easily the fabric flexes and folds.

          • Lower values → Fabric appears softer and more flexible.

          • Higher values → Fabric is stiffer and less pliable.
